Designed to cleave either 900µm buffered or 250µm coated fiber, this fiber cleaver’s quick and easy three step operation is perfectly suited for mechanical splicing and quick field termination of fiber connectors. The fiber cleaver has an ultra-strong carbide blade that lasts for up to 6,000 cleaves before needing to be replaced. It can handle both single and multi-mode fibers with 125µm cladding.
- Leaf spring scale is ruled to allow accurate and precise cleave lengths from 2 to 20 mm (0.079 in. to 0.79 in. )
